This drawing started ( for Marick's ugly-sort-of-head--- ) a Dixon Pencil --- then a more artistic brand of HB graphite pencil, I suppose. Err-mm.. I think the standard Dixon Pencil is HB... I suppose I may have added in a snub of 2B and 4B as well-- but not a whole lot.

T's my wonderful hermit Marick-- lacking his long bangs-- and holding his little companion, Freyah.

.... Freyah makes him sneaze; that's why he's giving her the "look" of unsurity. He isn't fond of her sitting on his shoulder....
I suppose he also suspects she blew him up- as she doesn't quite mind it, really. :O_o:


.... He's usually supposed to be skinny....I need to find skinny-fellow reference!
Had I known how to draw skinny fellows, this picture would be quite different, huh? Lol.

....And perhaps I'll like this picture when I make a background.
I started this on my lonely 16th birthday.. :XD:
....Despite his unattractive & banglessness- Marick was there to keep me company on that lonely day.

Note: Freyah's lack of anatomy-accurate-ness is due to my lack of effort on small faeries x_X ... and well-- Marick's ugly head is due to late night "finish before 12:00 AM in 10 minutes!-ness" .... :XD:
